Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the ValueMyTradeIn.com online trade-in estimate tool ("Tool"). By submitting your vehicle information through the Tool, you agree to these Terms.
Any value generated by the Tool is an estimate only. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, commitment, or obligation by ValueMyTradeIn.com or any participating dealership to purchase your vehicle at that value or any other price. Actual trade-in values are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle, verification of title and ownership, current market conditions, and final dealership appraisal.
Estimates are based solely on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all vehicle details submitted (year, make, model, mileage, condition, etc.) are accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in an estimate that does not reflect the actual value of your vehicle.
Submitting your vehicle information through the Tool does not obligate ValueMyTradeIn.com or any dealership to purchase your vehicle, nor does it guarantee that a trade-in transaction will be completed. All trade-in purchases are subject to dealership approval and applicable law.
By using the Tool, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to submit information on the owner's behalf. Contact information you provide may be used by ValueMyTradeIn.com or participating dealerships to follow up regarding your trade-in estimate. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Estimated values displayed through the Tool may be sourced from or informed by third-party data providers. ValueMyTradeIn.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party data and is not responsible for errors or omissions in that data.
The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ValueMyTradeIn.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of estimates. ValueMyTradeIn.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Tool or any estimate generated by it.
The Tool is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state or province of residence, whichever is greater. By using the Tool, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you are not permitted to use the Tool.
The Tool and all associated content, including but not limited to text, design, software, data, and estimates, are the property of ValueMyTradeIn.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Tool or its output without prior written permission from ValueMyTradeIn.com.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Consumers located in Canada, including Quebec, may also have rights under applicable provincial and federal laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Charter of the French Language, which are not limited by these Terms.
This Tool is intended for use by consumers located in the United States and Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or provincial consumer protection laws.
ValueMyTradeIn.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Tool after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages, ValueMyTradeIn.com may send you a text message containing your trade-in estimate and related information. By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following:
Message frequency: You will receive a one-time SMS per estimate request unless you have separately opted in to additional communications.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent.

Canadian residents: SMS communications to Canadian mobile numbers are subject to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Your consent will be documented at the time of collection and you may withdraw it at any time as described above.
ValueMyTradeIn.com is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to factors outside its control, including carrier restrictions or network availability.
